The post-graduate program in Hotel Management is a response to the need for continuous education in a range of subject-areas.
The aim of the program is to provide the highly specialized knowledge needed to face the demands of the hospitality sector. Students are provided with the competencies needed at top management level in a sector deemed strategic for the development of tourism and the Portuguese economy.

- The programme aims at developing competencies at top management level in future professionals such as:
- Hotel General Manager and Assistant General Manager;
- Head of Department (Director of Room Operations, Director of F&B,Director of Sales and Marketing, Director of Finance);
- Restaurant Manager;
- Manager of Hospitality and Restaurant Businesses;
- Hospitality and Catering Consultant.
The applicants should have one of the following:
A bachelor's degree or its legal equivalent;
A foreign higher education degree, awarded upon completion of a 1st study cycle organized according to the Bologna model by a State who has adhered to this Process;
A foreign higher education degree, which by decision of the Technical-Scientific Council is recognised as satisfying the objectives of a bachelor's degree;
An academic, scientific and/or professional curriculum which the Technical-Scientific Council recognises as proof of the candidate¿s preparedness for the study cycle.
